    I ordered and paid for mugs on Saturday. Said I was supposed to get another invoice for $10 for shipping (canada) but I didn't?

    I was so excited when the envelope arrived on Saturday. But, the envelope wasn't sealed and no bracelets were inside. I called the post office and they are trying to trace them to see if they fell out somewhere along the way. I hope they find them.

    This is something I have to do on an individual basis and due to boobs cruises on the 30th and 2nd, with Halloween in between and kids stuff going on I am behind on everything and just getting caught up. We are working on an automatic system that adds in extra shipping if located outside the US.

    Is your order under the name Debbie H?

    Sorry for the extra charge for our Canadian friends, but it costs quite a bit more to send stuff to Canada than it does to the US. Envelope below for two bracelets sent to Canada, customer paid $5 our shipping cost was $6.55! Shipping is more for mugs.
