For anyone checking in from Temptation you'll be aware that as of Sunday evening the weather is horrible with heavy rain and strong winds for the last 2 days. I'm hoping the storm will have moved well away by Tuesday and that the cruise will go ahead. Please still meet up at 9:15am on Tuesday morning, whatever the weather. We'll be in touch with the boat owners who will be in touch with the Cancun coastguard and we'll know an accurate forecast for the day. If the weather is still bad we may be able to rearrange for the next day or two days later depending on if the group are still going to be around, so make sure you show up on Tuesday and we'll play it by ear.
The cruise ended up going ahead. The weather wasn't perfect, it was cloudy and windy but at least it didnt rain. Everyone seemed to have fun regardless of the weather. Thanks to all those who came along!
The cruise was very fun Steve. The sun kicked a few of our asses over the next couple days but we partied through it. I don't think anyone on the boat had anything but a good time. It was another steller group of people we had and fun was had by all.
