I'm planning on it still going ahead, just we wont know the actual conditions until the day itself. I suggest we all still meet at the arranged time (9.15am in front of the hotel) and by then we'll have been in contact with the boat crew and them in turn with the harbormaster. If it's safe to go we'll go.
Unfortunately probably not, past experience has shown that it's difficult to get the same kind of numbers even just a day or two later. People go home, people book other trips/spa sessions /last minute shopping etc. If we do have to cancel, which we wont know until the day, we'll see who is around for Monday and Tuesday and possibly reschedule but I'll be honest and say it doesnt usually work out.
Hello everyone - I really really hope we're still able to go on the cruise - I've looked at a web site called strompulse.com and it predicts that there'll only be a 9% chance ish of tropical storm force winds on Sunday IF the bugger stays on the same track!! Just at work at the mo and am looking forward to seeing you all very soon!! MAN I need a break!! Its looking like Cancun is just outside the cone of error now so I hope to GOD we can still come!! I darent even get excited yet and I know I'm being a nightmare to work with at the mo!!!! (I've been told several times already tonight by my fellow nurses!!!) If the airline goes we will go!!! We plan on being there Saturday morning (hopefully before horseshoes is over), I like all the storm games too!! You will be able to recognize us too, I will be the tall bald guy (probably wearing an NC hat) with the hot redhead that also sports a very nice rack!!!
