We need to meet the minimum one week before, so that people know whether it's going ahead or not before they leave. That would put us at 10 July, but that is the date I'll be flying out to the UK myself so will see how we are on the 9th. I mentioned it elsewhere, but Jannet and I wont be around for this one due to our own vacation. Nothing is different regarding meeting arrangements, we'll have an extra person there to help with check in.
