With a week to go I think I have to call this one as cancelled as I need to make a decision before people leave for Cancun. We've been stuck at 18 people for a while, the numbers just arent there this time. Sorry everyone. Sorry Jess. I know you were really looking forward to this cruise. I hate that we had to cancel, but the numbers wouldn't have been there anyway.
