You're welcome to bring extras along on the day but still need to hit the minimum to confirm it first, as I cant really rely on unknowns. Will keep it running another week and see where we are on the 10th, which should be far enough away for most to know one way or another before they leave home. Sorry to be a stickler for numbers but 25 really is the bare minimum, 30 is much more comfortable. Last week we had 25 listed and still only 17 showed up, that was even with the deposit system and plus 4 extras who joined on the day.
