If your trying to make the cruise your best bet is to show up on the morning of when everyone is checking in. People get sick or just have too much fun the night before so there may be a spot open last minute.

I can't tell you exactly because it is the boat company who set the rate and it changes daily. Mid market rate is about 13 pesos to the dollar and the balance is $45 so it's going to be in the region of 585 pesos.
