Richard watch a documentary called "The Cove" it will change you forever…..or don't watch it, but really everyone should watch it. I get that some people will never get to see these gorgeous creatures in the wild, but now days with the internet etc one can be as close as possible without the torture. Years ago pre internet etc, coming from the middle of nowhere, seeing kids 18 years old who had never been to Vancouver let alone the tropics, I had a different feeling about these things, now with access to up close experiences it seems perhaps it's time to let all creatures live in peace. OK no more from me, I am not a preacher at all, but this is something that effects me. I will have my collection glass with me for the Cruise, feel free to fill it when it becomes empty. :mermaid:
I agree the nurse shark in a pen thing is pretty sad and not something I personally support either. All the other boats have the crew encouraging you to go swim with it and take photos etc. It costs a dollar or two each person and the shark guy splits the money with the boat crew. On our cruise, our staff don't do that. We do have to walk past the shark pen area as there is one on the same dock we stop at for lunch (there is one on every dock), but we don't encourage people to go swim with it - we don't even mention it.
I might even not show up for that one Denise. Inside joke with the halloween crew. I can leave all my tops at home, bring Celine Dion ( I will go on song)hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I see a little rubber dingy in the back yard surrounded by snow and us crazy in bitching costumes of Gilliams Island making snow angels. Okay vivid imaginatiion.
Steve did some rearranging and I lost 1500 post but so did he so working towards 9000 again. He got rid of chatter stuff. At least he waited until I got there.
