    I know you sadly had to cancel your trip and I've sent you a refund, but to answer your question in case any others are wondering.

    You dont really need to bring anything, myself, my wife Jannet or both of us will be there at check in and we have a list of all those who have paid a deposit. So it's just a case of remembering your forum name and we cross you off the list.
