    What happens if you do that is some drop out because they don't want to pay extra, then that means everyone else has to pay even more, then more folks drop out. You end up with a group of 14 diehards all paying double price. Also you need a certain critical mass to get a proper party atmosphere going. If there isn't enough for that then people end up disappointed and I'd rather not run at all than offer something substandard, especially at a higher cost.

    We'll be fine for this we've got 3 weeks to go to get one more couple, I expect it to be around 40 people by the time we sail.
