last day to book rooms at 145 per night is today - don't forget there is a 72 hour no penalty cancelation agreement in our contract - so if you are leaning one way or the other - there is a safety net there

If you like hunting for vintage items, antiques or art. . . .The Hotel Monteleone is on a great street for browsing. Royal St is filled with dozen of cool shops and great cafes and restaurants. So for the shopping experience alone, it is a super bargain. Then you think of the party, the fun, and the cause. . Well it is a no-brainer. Treat yourself to an abfab weekend.

 

We locked up a room for 9/6, 9/7 and 9/8. We hope to make it. All depends on sitter coverage. But like you pointed out that rate is great so a good idea to lock it up now and cancel if we can't get coverage. I hope it works out!

RESERVATION PROCEDURES-DIRECT
It is our understanding that individuals will make reservations directly with our reservations office by Friday, June 4, 2013. The telephone number for reservations is 1-800-535-9595. Your attendees must identify themselves as part of the group: Make-A-Wish, to receive the group rate.


in other words we still have until june 4 to book at the rate of 145 per night and here is the cancelation policy under our contract

Cancellations may be made up to (72) hours prior to the arrival date. Reservations canceled within (72) hours of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of one night's room and taxes.

over 150 are now booked into the hotel for that weekend and combined with other locals and those staying at other hotels in the area we are expecting approximately 250 people to be a part of the parade and pub crawl on that Saturday, September 7

That's Great news for all those that r hanging on the fence. It's such a Great cause for some beautiful kids, plus the parties will blow your mind!!!! We will c u there.
