Hi, the list resets monthly on the 19th, and only displays sites that have sent at least one hit. So, it's likely that no hits have been sent since the last reset. It works this way to prevent those that remove the link or who havent added it in the first place from benefitting from traffic back. I have no objection if you want to click your own link to start things off. The list updates hourly so you may not see it listed straight away but the site is still in the system. (Also sent by pm)
