Nothing tacticious about it. Read the words carefully, I didn't say there is anything wrong having sex with a girl you are vibing with who is drunk.

I mean the type of guy who has the sole intention to get girls drunk, because that is his only chance of getting some action. That's just like spiking a girls drink these days. Can be classed as rape.
