The 2nd Annual Cancun/Riviera Maya Film Fest opens this week. Films will be showing on 3 screens at MM Cinemas at Paseo Cancun and on 2 screens at the MM Cinemas in Centro Maya in Playa del Carmen. In Cancun there will be 12 films per day shown, there will be 8 per day in Playa. Festival dates are Nov 3-9. But from the printed schedule I have it looks like the films will be shown from the 5th to the 8th. And I won't complain about the fact that after spending 10 minutes looking at it I couldn't find a schedule of films (if you find it please post its location here). And I won't complain about the numerous places where the web site has text that is crossed out. The web site is terrible imho. If you actually want to know what films are playing and when I recommend finding a printed schedule. I picked up my schedule in Starbucks at Paseo Cancun. Many films have Spanish titles but there are a number of them with English titles so I would expect them to be in English.
