dannieboiz, We took our laptop when we were there April 25 - May 2; excellent signal strength from our room. We didn't have to do anything special. It was really great to be able to check our email & send photos back to family, etc. -- you will love it. The proposal plan sounds so special... :lotsoflove: Jan

5aces, There is a charge to use THEIR computers, but if you have a lap top, the wireless is free. Because the buildings are all cement, the connection was low or non existent on the balcony. Inside the room, it was fine. I hope you do check in once and a while to let us know how your vacation is going!! Dannieboiz, I love the proposal idea. You are a true romantic!! I can't wait to hear all about your trip.
Denise-n-Jayson thanks and I will definitely pop in an out during my trip to update my experience. Just by reading this board, I have a feeling going to cancun is a bad idea. I won't have enough vacation time to take to come back a few times a week.
HELLO FROM CANCUN! What a tiring day but we made it, we have 2 rooms but took us 3 hours to get the 2nd one. Other than that I'm extremely please with the staff, comfort and foods! Basically non complaints beside the check in period to this point. The weather is beautiful. Sunny with no drop of rain.

SPA AT CANCUN PALACE HAS ANYONE USED THE SPA ??? CANT SEEM TO FIND ANYHING ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT THE SPA. 2 WEEKS FROM TODAY SITTING ON THE BEACH...DRINK IN HAND :lol:
I'm scheduled to visit the spa on Tuesday after the long trip to Chichen Itza on Monday. I'll let you know when we get back.
