Free, Yes the CP gym has treadmills and also flat screens that you can watch. VERY nice facility. :thumbsup:
only a few days left hey every one its been a while since i have been on here but we leave on sunday im so excited. the first time i have been to mexico or even out of the country. we got a good deal with the free tours and all kinds of stuff does anyone have any suggestions on what to do. we are going with 2 other couples and i figured we are going to bring about 850 a piece down between my g/f and i. but i have all kinds of memory cards for my camara so i will deff take pics. but if you have any suggestions please inform me and do you think i should just bring cash or what?
Leaving For Cancun Palace on Thursday! Hi all, my wife and I have been Palace Premier members for 5 years now and are extremely happy with the Palace resorts, especially the Cancun Palace. The last time we were there was during Hurricaine Wilma, when it hit us on our last night at the hotel. Even though we were stuck in the hotel basement for 24 hrs during the storm we had a great time that week. We can't wait to see the new, redesigned Cancun Palace this week. We leave on Thursday and will be there for 7 nights. Thanks to all of you that have kept us on top of the latest news and pictures of the Cancun Palace. It has made us more excited than ever to get there. I'll post some pic's when we return.
What to pack??? How strict are they with the dress code? I am leaving Saturday and I am trying to decide what to pack. Thank you in advance
Tucscon , Have a blast at the Cuncun Palace. I agree the post from everyone are wonderful. We don't go till to July 11. Have fun. Looking foward to your pictures. Reechie, Enjoy your trip. Go and visit the Moon Palace. Awesome pool. Beach is not great, but the pool makes up for it. We were there twice. We plan on spending some time there. The workers at the Moon are sooo nice. Great lunch BBQ around the pool. Have Fun....
reechie02, We always take cash and a visa or master card. can't wait to go, When we were there 2 weeks ago they were not enforcing the long pants restaurant policy for men. My husband wore shorts with his short sleeve polo shirts. We DID NOT see anyone with swim suits on in any of the restaurants. I hope that all of you that are going this week enjoy it as much as we did. It is a beautiful hotel ($73 million renovation)! Jan :bigwave:
visiting other Palaces Hi everybody :bounce: We are counting down 6 weeks until our first family vacation in Cancun and first time at the CP. We also appreciate everybody's report of the CP. We check this thread everyday for new posts and photos and are very excited. I have couple questions: 1 - I heard you can visit other Palace resorts and even eat at those restaurants. Is it true? If so, any recommendation which resort we should visit and eat. What else can we do once we there? 2- We love diving & snorkeling. Any good tip on who to book with? I thought I saw a photo on here a while ago, about a resort which has a snorkeling dock right at the hotel? Maybe in Isla Mujeres? Anybody got any idea?? 3- Any updates on the kids club? How they are and what kind of schedules and activities are being played out? Have a blast guys (to those leaving soon. I envy you...). Looking forward to see all your posts and photos........
