ladykatsfan Thanks for the answers. I also read yesterday's post on TA about the pool, plumbing, and house keeping issues. This individual said that there were numerous complaints to management. Have you personally heard anyone complaining or being upset? Also have you considered mentioning the pool skin debris and flow issue to a manager? (I would.) Keep having fun! Jan
to all, no problem about helping out. i'm just returning the favor from all the ones that kept me updated. as far as the pool, i didn't really think about reporting it. i was just happy to be here and enjoying it all. Jan, i leave on saturday 4/7. not looking forward to it although i am sort of missing good ol' american food - lol !!! i also have a dog i had to put in a doggie daycare for the whole week and i'm missing her now so going home isn't all that bad right now either. as far as the TA report, i didn't see it when i went to view it but i haven't had any problems with anything (except for not having any pool towels when i went to the pool around 5:30 on 2 nights ). the wait staff in the restaurants were excellent and very attentive. today they started asking for towel cards for the pool towels. so make sure you ask for them when you check in just in case (i haven't been asked for them until today so not sure if you'll need them).
RE: WOOOOOHOOOOO! Okay... Countdown time! Sue and I did our 1st tanning session yesterday. I'm working my PALE butt off at work to get away for 2 weeks at the Cancun Palace. Sue..???? Shine a flashlight on her and she is tan!!! Got the package from MAPCHIK.COM. Great maps! They will come in handy, especially for Sue's shopping downtown Cancun. And, although Cancun Palace is "All Inclusive", we are planning on raising our cholesterol by depleting the lobster population at restaurants nearby. Oh... VERY FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!! My boss went to Moon Palace on my membership with his family...... He came back with 200 weeks !!!!!!!!!! Hope to see you there... Dave PS. How's the Global Warming doing in Fishkill... LOL!!!!!

Very detailed with info on hotels, diving, tours and restaurants, plus there is good info on the site.
can someone tell me of a program i can use to convert a mini-dvd (from camcorder) to a movie so i can burn it to a dvd? any help would be appreciated. preferrably something free i can download from the net. thanks - i'll get some pics on tomorrow for everyone to see.
