Cancun remains at Orange for Aug 10 - 16

 

Missed a few days due to being at the hotel and boobs cruises.

The change figures are 4 days cumulative data.
Also note the reduction in infection rate to 1.0 - the fourth weekly drop in a row. It's possible they may change the traffic light to yellow this Thursday.

Following the weekly review, Cancun remains at Orange for Aug 17 - 23

Hospital availability moves from Yellow to Green
Average new cases stay at Orange
Daily cases move from Orange to Yellow

So, the orange status remains because all three criteria must be at least yellow to progress to yellow overall.

Average new cases are the only orange criteria, but since the daily cases are dropping and are now yellow, it follows that the average will drop soon too.

Expecting Yellow next week.
