    i like running better.. i dont run fast at all, but i can run for a long period of time. kick boxing class is fun too.

    I'm too lazy to exercise. But if I were to do anything, I may take up yoga. I heard yoga classes are great for picking up hot chicks in NYC.

    well, alot of my friends doing this type of diet, and they do have pretty good result in short period of time of course. if you are looking for a short period lost weight diet, then it's not really too bad.

    still i like exercising better, cant do weights, but cardio is good enough for me. henry, i work out in new york sports club, i used to work out at nyhrc, but it's too far from my company so i start work out at ny sports club. well, there is alot of good looking girls who take yoga class.

    Well not eating after 2pm isn't really healthy. Best ting to do is NOt eat after 7pm -8pm. So then you don'y have anything in your system before you go to bed..

    2pm and onwards you are still active and buring energy, therefor you need fuel/food for your body

    thats why when people start eating after 2pm, they quickly gain back the weights they lost.. i dont want to lose any weights, i just want to tone up, i want muscle, i want to look like a muscular asian girl~

    yeah umm im not into starving myself.

    eats for me! dinner at 630 every day

    well unless i work late which is often.but whatever!

    im up for it, although am in army, running 6 miles up and down hills with 25kgs on ya back tends to keep u pretty fit :lol:

    well sounds good ppl...
    Kim is about to start boxing... :p buying a sandbag soon... :p
    and started to go swimming and doing some walking, rowing.. :p
    and some weights... the biggest problem at the moment, is that i've been having a cold since i got home... and it dissapeared and came back... :cry: but anyways... :p :cool:

    I probally wont start till 4 months out so maybe november time.
    Saying that im already doing a routine for my holiday in august lol.
    So ill have september off, then the cancun workout starts he he
