you dont need to start or anything, i'm always in the gym, since last year june and always there for 1 hour and half or maybe 2 hours the only time that i dont go there is ah, you know what. and i still cant get any muscle. must be in my genes or something, or my ethnic, i dont normally see a muscular asian woman. i want to have muscle, i want to have muscle, i want to have muscle.. probably i'm doing too much cardio and dont know how to do weights.. ah~
You can exercise anywhere, it's just a matter of committing to it. I changed my diet to chicken fish and turkey a couple weeks ago (had a treat of pizza with the girls on Friday night) and walk the golf course, play volleyball for 2.5 hours every tuesday night, and will make friends with my gym again once I settle a billing issue today. good luck everyone.
i know theres a trick to dieting, anyway, basically you just eat whatever you want to eat, caramel, chocolate, cheesecake whatever you want to eat before 2pm. after 2pm, dont ever think about eating anything, exercise at 5pm and then only drink water for the rest of the day..
I have a proven trick to stay slim too. Have good metabolism and you can eat whatever you want whenever you want. Ladies, let me know if you want your kids to have some of my genes.
My metabolism got stuck in traffic at age 28. That's when I first saw the magic 200 number. the trick is small portions, eating breakfast to jumpstart your metabolism, and exercise. Walking is a good start, and a lot of people do it, but you need other exercise besides that.
