Does anyone know what the cancellation policy is? I paid for the room insurance (booked thru TTR's website). The confirmation email doesn't say anything about refunding the down payment or if they charge cancellation fees. We are changing our stay to January, and I've been emailing them about this, but the guy wanted to charge us more than what the room rate was online. As long as there isn't an absurd fee involved, cancelling and rebooking seems like the better/easier option. Any advice is welcome. Can't wait to be there in January! Thanks in advance.
It should say it on your reservation. I am Premier, but if we cancel we are charged a 1 night fee, no fee for changing reservation dates as long as we don't make more than 2 changes. After that there is an $80fee. Again this is for premier reservations. Check your reservation paperwork for the details.
