Walking topless is sort of time-related and drink-related... At 10:00 a.m. you won't find too many folks walking around with no bikini/t-shirts on, as they've not had enough drinks yet. At 3:00 p.m. you will find it hard to find a top on a person anywhere on the resort grounds who does not actually work there. How's that?

We are wondering the same thing. Wife went topless in Jamaica on our honeymoon 13 years ago, but that has been her only experience in public. She is not shy, but we don't want to be over the top either.
Our first trip, first day getting checked in at reception (had been there less than 5 minutes) a lady wanders up to reception to get a new key to her room that she'd lost. All she was wearing was bikini bottoms. So, I think it's ok!
