You imply I am forgetful and my experiences are not accurate. I never learn. Never say anything that could be taken as a negative experience. Steve is right. Always is. My personal experiences count for nothing. Shouldnt of shared them on an open forum where people openly share experiences (or used to). I must be mistaken that I have never seen anyone have their phone taken away. I must be confused that I have never read about anyone having their phone taken away. And pictures of our cruise ending up on a porn site didnt happen. If I was the OP and was considering taking a cruise and was worried about pictures then there clearly is no risk. The cruise has phones and picture taking locked down as the first 2 responders and Steve so nicely explained.

Questions for you Steve...

As the recent attendee stated, and you imply knows more than me, are you saying the cruise is now taking phones if they see one?
‘Theres absolutely no phones or cameras allowed. If the crew sees one, they will take it and wont give it back until the cruise is over.’
No phones allowed? That is what the cruise is doing now? No risk at all of a photo being taken? The recent attendee must know since he went more recently than I.
When was the last time you took a phone away Steve?

You're sailing close to the wind here Kyle. You're still pissed at me for responding to your over the top Covid stance a year ago. You're not going to miss a chance to put ideas in people's heads that might sway them away from my business. Right? Not for the first time I recall.

In total, you've been on the Boobs Cruise what.... 6 times, the last time being 5 years ago?

So out of the half dozen times you've been (years ago) you think you know the policy better than the guy that makes the rules, runs the show and attends 80% of the cruises? Or are you suggesting I'm lying?

No we have never taken phones off people. There has never been a reason to do so, and even if there was I wouldn't take someone's personal property. Over the years we have warned a few and asked to review their pics and occasionally asked them to delete some. Maybe 3 times out of the last 400/500 cruises.

The porn site thing you claim, I forget the detail it was about 8 years ago right? Wasn't it someone passing by on another boat? I may be wrong, I've done several hundred since then.

Maybe your immaculate memory can link me to the original post and/or the porn site where the pics are and I can add further comment.

This is the right approach. Keeping an eye out for anyone doing something creepy, but also common sense. Someone video'ing or taking a photo of 'boat activities' is very different to someone taking a selfie with only the ocean as the background. Wish the resort applied this kind of common sense too.

You didn’t specifically ask for it but I’ll offer some thoughts after having been to the resort 12+ times and on the cruise a few (motion sickness keeps me away alas).

If you see someone being inappropriate with a camera/phone, just ask a staff member to intercede. They are literally always circling so it’s easy to flag one down.

If you pass another boat and want to avoid any unwanted pics just slide over to the other side of the boat or turn your back.

Honestly I’ve avoided many confrontations (mostly at the resort) just by turning my back to the person in question and continuing my own party with my friends.

Finally, either bring a second top or cover up to put on if you feel uncomfortable with pictures or for any other reason and continue to have a blast.
