Calgary Stampede ~ CCC Party July 12 - 15 Roll Call! 2012

Wednesday.......Heading out for the Round Up Party this afternoon as Stampede kicks into high gear.....54 - 40, Mathew Good Band and the Tragically Hip playing today at Ft. Calgary!

Thursday.....WOOHOOO....the TTR / CCC Party starts with Karen and Rene arriving in town, hoping to meet up with Michelle, Keith, Claudio and D tomorrow night for some Partying!

Steaks are ready for bbq'ing on Saturday
House is inhabitable...(thanks to my great cleaning lady Suzanne!)
Ice machine working overtime
Margarita machine poised to pump out slushy drinks
Tickets all purchased for Oxford Party Friday
JUST NEED THE GREAT FRIENDS HERE!!!

 

I'm a-comin', I'm a-comin'!! 26 hours til I head for the airport!

 

We will be on the road to Stampede in less than 10 hours.

 

So how's your budget holding up? Don't forget you can't slouch on the activities. By keeping the adrenaline pumping periodically throughout the day this party is more likely to become LEGEND, and maybe even a little freaky too, LOL.

Is there enough left over to rent a donkey, a blow up bouncy castle or a dunk tank?

If your already over budget, who doesn't like the look of an old-fashioned potato sack race? I bet you could get those sacks for free from the produce dept. at the grocery store.

I think that this party is definately going to raise the party bar for the neighborhood.....I've already warned the pastor next door not to look out the back for fear of being blinded!

The Utah contingent arrived safe and sound yesterday. Presuming they don't get lost in Banff they are ready for a good time as well!

 

Last night my AC broke, it is now fixed and My Dad and daughter will be nice and cool while I am gone.
The yummy bears are ready. Budweiser was not nice to me this time , so I Did not get the Suck n Blows . No cowboy boots, but I have a hat.
I am really ready for this fun filled awesome time. Once I am out of these boring meetings its home to get things packed up and ready to fly at 5:20 am. Will arrive in Calgary at 10:38am. Will be hitting the ground ready to party!!!!!!!!!

It been about 80-85 I think and so summer clothes but bring jeans and a sweater or coat for night, mostly mosquitos but sometimes cooler. The weather can turn crappy fast too.
