Bottom Line: Cabo. Smaller, more homey and IMO better weather with the less humidity. The hottub rocked as well. If Cancun is the Begas of Mexico, then Cabo is the Palm Springs or Phoenix. Slightly more mature crowd and lots less teenie boppers. I'll write up a TR and shott it to your hotmail.
its been almost 6 years since i was there last but what i clearly remember about the weather was how dry it was.......a total different feel than cancun i think the big thing for me too will be the hot tub not that i ever had any thing bad to say about cancun but night time at the resort was always a let down for me its like they try to run you off every night i dont sense this will be an issue at all with cabo and with 20 other canuncare people going - it really is going to be a lot of fun in that hot tub rob
Our laptop with our pictures from our trips to Desire is down and as soon as it is fixed we will down load our pictures. We was very careful to take pictures in the public areas without showing other guest. It doesn't bother us if others see us having fun but understand why others are shy.
Just looked at some of the public pictures from 1 month ago and things have changed since we were there. Our pictures are from the old Desire Resort time and things have changed. Guess we will have to wait untill our Sept. trip to take new pictures and post them.
