Buying Hydroxychloroquine / Plaquenil At Cancun Pharmacy

Has anyone bought any Hydroxychloroquine in Cancun lately? I know it's sold without a prescription, just wondered about the availability. My daughter-in-law is a pharmacist and she says it has a three year shelf life. At less than a dollar a tablet, it would be worth the trip just to pick up some.

 

I definitely want to know

 

Good luck finding it. My mother in law has lupus and has to buy up as much as she can when she can find it. It's an absolute crapshoot as to what pharmacy may have it, there are just so many here. You can order it online without a prescription, but as far as I know, it can only be shipped within Mexico. Worth looking into. Shes had the most luck with Ahorra

I would suggest calling ahead to farmacias instead of jumping from one to the other. It's very common for workers to say that they dont have it but X does. 99% of the time, X doesnt either. I'll ask my MIL where she got hers last time.

 

They did have it across the street. It was around $50US

 

Across from Temptation? Do you recall the name of the plaza or pharmacy?

 

Walk out the front door and look up. It says Farmacia. They had it in the back. Himanix

 

I've been on this drug for over 25 years for an autoimmune problem. I just got over a severe case of Covid. It does not help with Covid . Don't waste your money.

 

Just curious, what all did you take while you had covid? Just the Hydroxychloroquine? Thank you!
