We got our mugs at Walmart last year and customized them so we could keep track of them. They are still in great condition and good to go again this year in 10 MORE DAYS!!! :aktion033:

I also recommend bringing some straws. The sexy pool bar seems to run out on a regular basis.

I bring straws because they do run out at the bars. We are coming up on visit number 15 at the end of the month. We used Bubba type mugs for our first few visits but I tended to sip too quickly. Now we fill the mugs with water and use TTR's plastic cups for our cocktails. We have never been sick drinking from their cups. I can understand why folks would want to use the Bubba mugs for hanging out in the Sexy pool to keep the drinks free from pool water. Not our issue since we spend most of the day on the beach.

So we support Steve with CCC mugs (for us to keep hydrated) but have had no issues with TTR cups for cocktails at the Sexy Pool, Paty'Os or the Sports Bar.

We bought the Bubba Mugs because I'm somewhat socially awkward at times (lol) and if they help break the ice as well as keep my drinks cool...double win! My wife has mad social skills though!!!:bootyshake:

Just ordered ours thru Amazon Prime. They will be here in plenty of time for our Sunday arrival at TTR.

Majority seem to use the Bubba mugs...however my son has one and he says it doesn't work well in that the ice is usually melted in less than an hour easily if out in the hot sun.
So why all the hype about these?

I don't care for them..they don't keep the beverages cold long enough, that's why we are bringing our Yeti cups! But then again, if they get warm, maybe you're not drinking them fast enough. [emoji2]

I think the mugs work very well at keeping things cold. At the end of every drink there is enough old ice left that they need to dump it out and refill it. I can also say they can take a beating. Multiple drops with zero issues.

As far as ice for an hour in the hot sun, that seems crazy to me. I could never imagine having 1 drink for over an hour.

If you have a drink in your mug for more than an hour at TTR you're doing something wrong lol

I have the large CCC one and my beer is cold as long as I need it to be so I recommend them.
