I always travel with my reusable plastic cup with a lid and I bring a back up straw. I alway lose a straw or two when I am drinking. The cup I use will keep my drink cold for up to an hour in the full sun. I like to see what I am drinking. A good idea is to bring a little bottle of dish soap to give your cups a rinse at the end of the night/day.
Ive been spending most of my food money for home on stuff to take with to TTR. LOL. Next up is a securable drinking container and apparently a small dish soap bottle.
I think it's a great idea! I'd probably lose track of it though, I have enough trouble keeping track of Debbie. OK, she can be found at the bar, she has trouble keeping track of me.:icon_confused: I might wander off. They say I have A.D.D. but I think they're full of..........Oh look! An iguana! George
Last trip, on the glow night theme, we had some glow-in-the-dark neon green margarita glasses at Paty O. Apart from that, used the glasses they provided. Using the resort's tiny glasses did get a bit annoying when there were long queues at the bar. All that dancing was thirsty work! A lot of the time we'd only get soft drinks later on in the evening, so queueing up was a bore just for a cola.
I have picked up the plastic cups with the straws and lids @ Starbucks in Canada. I have bought similar cups from other outlets, but I keep coming back to the ones from Starbucks. I have bounced a full cup off of the pool deck without any nicks, chips or cracks.
I was looking quite enviously at somebody who had one of these in work last year and tempted to get one, I've purchased an awesome cup this year though. Using it at work at the mo for water, wishing it had chunky monkeys though!
tWe've tried those 5hr energy drinks on suggestion from someone else last year and didn't find they did much?
energy drinks dont work for everybody. and some brands work while others dont. For me, Red Rain seems to work the best for me.
