Bring back Anything Goes

The low participation is because they allow cameras in Nice Shoes. Many more people would participate in the games if there weren't any cameras.

 

I couldn't agree more. It is ruining the "Nobody Knows You and Nobody Gives a Sh*t" theme. If pics have a chance of making it on the web, friends, family, employers might give a sh*t!!!! Melinda didn't participate in any games last July because of all of the cameras. Why spend all of that time and money getting there if you can't relax and let your hair down?

Yes it would be nice to know that pictures would not make it on the net just anywhere for sure. I think that so that people can let loose and not worry about the exploits ending up for everyone to see that they should not allow cameras for certain contests. I know that for some of the contests I would love to be able to take pictures of hubby and have him take them of me, but that is another thing all together.

I know that most of us that do take pictures never post anything of anyone that they would not approve of, but unfortunately not everyone is that considerate.

They did have the quest this week but participation was way low...and I do believe the cameras do add to that. The Sexy leg contest afterward was about as mellow as I have ever seen. I would say it wasn't even pg13 probably more pg if that.

Wait... what? When did they get rid of Casino night? We were there last February (2010) and they still had Casino night, although it was all rolled together with lingerie night (i.e. you had to be dressed in lingerie to play the casino games). Have they since gotten rid of the casino part of it? Please tell me they didn't get rid of lingerie night too?! I'm confused.

Though to be honest, most of this thread is confusing to me. I don't know half of what y'all are talking about. Given how you keep referring to it as BBG instead of TTR, I'm assuming most of this stuff is from back when the resort was still Blue Bay Getaways? I've only been once and they didn't have most of this stuff going on - though an interactive, anything goes night does sound great. Way better than some of those lame dance shows.

 

Oh, wait, I didn't notice this thread was from a few years ago. No wonder it's so confusing.
