It really sounds like to me that Breathless DR is where Fun-Haters should go. Should go to not enjoy themselves, rather than coming to Temptation to not enjoy us enjoying it.
breathless review Thanks for the review we always go to TTR in feb 7 years in a row we where going to book breathless but after this review i don't think so. Since TTR is closed what other places do you guys suggesr suggest?
great report.....We have reached the point where TTR, hedo and Desire are literally the only resorts we enjoy. Breathless (and other 'tops optional' mainstream resorts) is where couples who like to pretend they are fun go. the men go and hope against hope that their wives will stop being boring prudish frumps for just a few days and let go and have fun while the wives act like they are superior for keeping their tops on (and then there are the loser guys who like the idea of topless women but get jealous if their wife wants to show off her boobs to other guys)......Temptation is great because there is no pretense and the attitude of prudish pozers isn't empowered. Women get topless and don't have to pretend they are disgusted by men looking at them and men don't have to pretend they don't like looking.
Good TR. We had it on our "possible" list for spring. Thanks for saving us lots of $$$$. Why do I get the feeling that this is the type of resort the "NEW" TTR wants to compete with in Cancun? I still say TTR is trying to change the clientele. "Upscale". The only problem with that IMO is, what they may consider "rif-raf" may actually be many middle class, loyal, repeat customers. Ill never understand they you dont just "tweak" instead of restructure what's working. Obviously the owners have no idea TTR is on the worst beach in Cancun. It's the end of an awesome good-times era. Just wish we would have got in on it before 2011.
We've been looking for a real review. Thanks a bunch, we need to take Breathless off our list at least for now. I'm still thinking Hedo. We went to Desire RM in April and loved it, I worry that the TTR overflow will make it even more expensive next year. I wonder why Steve has opened a Breathless section. It is adult only.
My understanding is Hard Rock DR and Secrets Excellence have topless pools. I stayed at the Melia 10 years ago and had no topless sign at pool. Was not enforced. I guess all the beaches are top free. You will top free gals walking the beach. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hey thanks for the info, was also thinking about Breathless DR for my 55th birthday celebration next July, but maybe not now. Thinking about El Dorado Casitas Royale, then the Hard Rock Hotel, both in the Riveria Maya. Saw both on travel channel and is under RCI, hope I have no problem getting them.
Thanks we were thinking of looking at that place. Looks like there are more boobs out in Michelle's backyard in Edmonton. TTR parties with themes hahahaha. We are really not sure where we are gonna go next April. Nothing really compares.
