The first time I wasn't even 18 and it was my first TAT and I paid 100 bucks at Monster Tattoo.. I believe the guys name was Pirhanna? The second part was done a year later by another artist also at Monster Tattoo... but I traded him a watch and 40 bucks! Sober both times might I add
