I like Starbuck's but that's not a reason to go to a certain movie theater. However I do think that Plaza Las Americas is a serious drag. It's always packed in there and parking ALWAYS sucks. Maybe it's my claustrophobia but I hate being in a narrow space with a million people. Paseo Cancun, as a mall, is about 600 times more pleasant for me to contemplate going to, the passage is wider and it's not closed in. As for movie theaters VIP is nice but imho the new MMCinemas are just as nice, nicer if you count the better parking, more open mall, cheaper prices etc. Regardless of where we see it I just checked both sites and I don't see any evidence that it's coming this weekend.
