Booking through Orbitz is painful.

    I had nothing but trouble with Orbitz. Website said 'Sorry, we were unable to process your request" but booked the trip, charged my card. Didn't send a confirmation email. It took 4 2 hour phone sessions (I say sessions-not calls because i kept getting disconnected) to get it sorted.

    Not good news. If they don't fix it the word will get around. Was usually a very good company.
