Booked for April 2022. Easter week. Received the confirmation email, but my AmEx has yet to be charged for the one night deposit. Should I call?? Be concerned?? It’s been since May 11.
In the past they have attached a PDF with the credit card receipt the same day as the booking. Just call to make sure and ask about it. Its a pretty quick call. Press 4 for Temptation hotel.
mine did that to , so I sent them an email just to make sure I had filled out the payment form correctly . He told me it sometimes takes a while but after the email it came out the next day . So calling would not be a bad thing just to get them to move on it .
