Better yet get those glasses with the fake eyes and then no one knows where the heck you are looking and if you wear a wig and stuff then even if people think you are a perv at the pool when you appear at night no one will know that you were the perv ... LOL
the truth is I've been caught looking with a nice smile on my face. And none of them have slapped me or even glared at me. Some even smiled back. Basiclly it's nice to be appreciated. Where it crosses the line is when you begin objectifying women.

Look all you want, just don't stare, be friendly, and don't touch unless you are asked or allowed to do so, and the same goes for taking pictures. If you are planning on taking pictures of someone that is topless, ask first, it could save you some problems later.
