I beg to differ. I think you are saying that I am exaggerating. I am not. I have been on 14-16 Boobs Cruises and this is not always the case, but it has been on at least three trips. Obviously, you were not there, but that doesnt mean it doesn't happen.
I think you'll find that going INTO your first Boobs Cruise, you tend to worry that you'll somehow stand out--be the center of attention. Once we stepped onto the boat, we quickly realized that we definitely weren't. You'll have a bunch of veteran BCers on there with you (and they've seen it all), some true exhibitionists, some Penthouse-model material, and a whole bunch of people who just don't give a shit and are ready to sing an dance. In other words, it ain't like Shawshank Redemption where everyone is focused on the new people--they're all completely distracted and into their own thing. I think we had one woman on our cruise who didn't ditch her top (because she was a prominent attorney somewhere who was worried she'd be outed on social media) and while I think her husband was a little bummed that she felt a bit "restricted", no one (including Chinos) gave her a hard time and it was absolutely no big deal. I'd say the "most naked" part of the boat is the very front where the serious partiers and exhibitionists seemed to gravitate toward, and if you'd like to stay out of the "spotlight"--if there is a spotlight--I'd hang out along the sides of the boat.
it's called the Boobs Cruise. Frankly, we would discourage anyone from going who doesn't want to be topless. They will be a net negative to what the thing is....a Boobs Cruise. 99.9% of the world's activities cater to people who want to have their tops. why would someone who wants to not be topless think they would be an asset to the 0.1% of events which caters to the other group and is called a Boobs Cruise?

My wifes first cruise she left her top on and didn't feel pressured. She had a blast and we went on the cruise our 2nd time as well. Its optional!!!! Now there will be crazy shit going on but all in good fun. Best party in CANCUN hands down.
Ok u must be Topless. Our boob cruise was mostly nude. Couples and swapping !! All they say are different. I did not and hubby and all was good though. Yes I was toess lol. Fun!!
We have been on several Boobs Cruizes and I honestly think that it is not a MUST to be topless. I have seen it all and I would really hate to see new comers scared away from going on this great adventure with the thoughts of all or nothing for the rules of the trip. Yes there is more topless but it is not 100% always everyone topless. I suggest if you want to try to push the limit of your comfort zone, try it out. It is not like Steve's gonna throw ya off the boat if you don't take the top off Don't stress about it have fun and have an experience!! If you end up not liking it (I doubt) don't go again. But please for the love of god!!!! TRY it! We only live once! Xoxo.
We went on our first one 2 years ago, my wife was shy at first, took off her top and blended in. After a few drinks she was nude for the rest of the trip...
One thing is certain, if you two go on the Boobs Cruise you will have an awesome time and will likely be raving about it after, and like us wishing your friends had gone to experience the fun as well. And they'll know pretty quickly they missed out on something great, held back by a little fear and nothing more than a bikini top. Get them to go. They'll love it, and when you all go home as friends you can laugh about all the crazy stuff you did and saw in Mexico for years. Or at least until you come back next year like many of us do.
