No, your post is ok. I am aware of what's happening with other boats. My messages blew up with pics and the same kind of comments at around 5pm today, as full boats arrived back to the dock. Same yesterday and every day. I had a two hour meeting on a Sunday afternoon with Albatros yesterday. I have a call tomorrow at 3pm (pre meeting) and then another at 6pm (post meeting) with Albatros owners who are meeting with the powers that be. Albatros are on our side, others are not. Those who are not on our side are powerful. I am not invited to the meetings, nor do I have any power. Can't say any more in this public space. But we will be back. Viva Mexico!
We were walking along the beach by the dock. Overheard one of those Sail Away guys talking to another couple passing by. They told him the Boobs Cruise had been canceled for today. He said , “no, they are setting up soon” and he pointed to a wooden podium. “That’s where they set up. I think they are running today” I knew the BC wasn’t running because I checked this forum, but the boat guys are definitely trying to deceive passers by and pretend the BC is running while most likely steering them to another boat
On the first day we were cancelled, we didn't find out until 9:15am and were already driving to the check in. As we turned disappointed people away, the beach guys were trying to snap them up as they walked back to the hotel in small groups and sell them private boats for 20-30 people. We also have a Whatsapp group for everyone who is authorised to sell the cruise. As soon as we find out a cruise is cancelled, Jannet lets the Whatsapp group know, while I send emails to those who have booked and post on our social media sites.
We are so sorry we had to miss this experience. We were here Saturday and leaving Friday. We'll have to go the next time we come. HAVE FUN TO ALL THE FUTURE ATTENDEES!!

The cruise tomorrow (6 August) is going ahead, however, we have had to change the itinerary a little. We'll now be meeting for check in at 1pm (instead of 10am) at our usual spot and will be returning about 7:30pm (instead of 4:30pm). Proof of vaccination/negative antigen test will not be required. Please bring a mask for use at Isla Mujeres. All other details remain the same. Apologies for the inconvenience, you'll probably know we have had a few hurdles to jump recently.
