There are many comments that suggest there is no pressure to do anything. That's mostly true, but don't think that as a female you can keep your top on and not catch a LOT of harassment. I know it's the "Boobs Cruise" and you would think that everyone would know that topless is more than a suggestion, but after more than a dozen cruises, there is usually someone who says they aren't going topless, and it usually doesn't end well for them. Best advice is when you take your shoes off, take your top off too. After that, you won't be pressured.
When you say harassment, I hope you mean that in an innocent, kidding type way. I would hope that no one would pay money to go on a cruise and find themselves mocked and jeered to do something they don't feel comfortable doing. ¡No bueno! How does it not "end well for them"?
You seem to probe wanting answers that are black and white. And then draw conclusions without having ever experienced the wonder of Temptation resort. Sometimes there is a grey area. The beauty of TTR is it is very much a live and let live type of place. A place where people can be themselves and forget the stress of normal life. I suggest you save your conclusions for after your first hand experiences at TTR. Ok to have an opinion but not based on forum posts and your vast past travel experiences at other resorts because nothing is truly like TTR. Just my 2 cents
Thank you for your input. I am using this forum to gain information to help me make the best use of my time on my vacation. My conclusions, as you call them, are based on the information at hand plus my empirical knowledge as well as knowing thyself. They are subjective and probably do not apply to the vast majority. But that's ok; we are all different. And at this point in my life, I know what constitutes a good time for me. I do this for all of my vacations, so please don't think I am targeting Temptations or any of the many people who have come to love it as a home away from home.
Its a party boat first, not an orgy. Primarily great fun, a lot of drinking, hilarious drinking games, swimming, music and adult fun. If you don't enjoy drinking, drinking games, partying etc... and your goals are primarily only joining couples, probably not your best bet. If you enjoy socializing, laughs, drinking, partying, and meeting great people with the possibility of seeing or participating in adult fun, and possibly creating some lifelong friends then you will enjoy it. It is a party first. Lots of partying and drinking. If it's not your thing and you don't enjoy that, then likely not the best way to spend a full day of your vacation on.
Um, yep, that pretty much sums it up. IF that's your thing...which it is. We actually went on our second day there, made some great friends that we were able to hang with the rest of our vacation. Staff was top notch and really know how to keep the party moving.
Darling, don't comment on something that you know nothing about. The only people who aren't welcome are people who can't take a joke! It is quite clear that you can't! So maybe take your bad attitude somewhere else!
And there is the decree handed down by the October 2nd Instigator in Chief. I'm almost a little concerned to see what Maria has for me to wear this time. And to the first timers on our little cruise, let me give you a hearty welcome aboard from Stephanie and I, and a sincere apology for events yet to be seen. lol
