Hey everyone!!! Anybody knows if they are doing the boobs cruises in these new location?? It’d be awesome to have this experience again!
There was a company that was setting it up but last I heard it was no longer happening or at least delayed a bit.
There was a small company advertising on Facebook prior to the original opening date of 10/01/22 trying to get a Boobs Cruise business organized from Miches. They had reported that the resort wanted nothing to do with them and was pushing back so much that they scrapped the plans.
That is so disappointing. I don't understand why the resort would 1) have to be associated with it at all; 2) be bothered by it existing. The Cancun Boobs Cruise is a way to experience Temptation/Desire on the open waters, so why wouldn't Miches want to do something similar? If they're worried about "decency" laws, maybe they could tone it down? Keep bottoms on, kind of thing?
In case you missed it, the Cancun Boobs Cruise sails on Albatross boats, Albatross is owned by the Original Group that also owns Temptation. Having the BC sail out of their docs shows a connection between the two organizations; therefore they have to negotiate and deal with each other. Temptation employees also sell tickets on the BC so they are putting their guests on the boat. As such Original Group would be very interested in the trustworthiness and reputation of the folks looking to recreate the BC there. Steve has put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in building up the BC and its concept in Cancun over the years. And lets not forget that without Chinos, Sarah, and Omar it would be just another boat sailing like you see leaving Cancun on Tuesdays and Saturdays that try to imitate the BC. Just food for thought..... Jamie
I think the situation is a bit more complicated. From what I gather, the operators wanted the resort's stamp of approval and to be an official partner. Not only for the positive exposure for the cruise, but also for advertising, booking arrangements, etc. However, due to some actions taken without the resort's approval, the resort chose to sever any ties with the operators and the operators didn't want to risk trying a start up with no endorsement from the resort.
