Have done it 2x from ERC, just pre-arranged with USA as others have suggested, $60 RT. Driver waiting for us when we stumbled back from boat.

If anybody is still looking for information for a Boobs Cruise transfer: We are going in June and I sent a message to USA Transfers via their contact link and got a response back right away. They said round trip between Breathless and the marina is approximately $60 round trip. The quote is for one to three people and must be booked and paid for in advance. So far, USA Transfers customer service has been spot on. Looking forward to the trip!
