European Expectations We still seem to be missing the point.... 1. How many "European's" (non -Brit's and our Irish friends) visit TTR ? 2. How many posts do you see on this site from non -UK European's ? 3. Can anyone find these travel agents that promote TTR in a "negative" way ? 4. What's "Playhouses" in UK (and our probs here, got to do with TTR, although I know where your coming from), If anyone has seen an influx of "European sex tourists" will someone highlight it, let's face it, Spring Break is apparently a challenge.... I'm not trying to be contentious, patriotic or anything else, just trying to find some reality in Donald's original observation and subsequent comments. TTR is about the party, fun, great people and the Boobs Cruise. If your looking for the "something" else then there's a million other places you'd be successful (and a lot cheaper). I find this to be a FACT. Or at least it is the way it was during my life as a 16 - 22 year old. I never understood it though, and I would push the point "If your willing to give me a bj, then you pretty much are willing to go the distance, so why don't we just go in for the kill and both get something out of it." It worked more times then it didn't. But I digress, this wasn't the point of this thread. Basically it was Donald repeating something that someone told him. I don't think there is anything to take offense about. I think the only people that are wrong in this story are travel agents that are misrepresenting the resort. Not sure why they would do this, especially if there are other areas closer that they could market this way instead. I have some younger friends (23-27) in my neighborhood that our group hangs out with. After my trips and hearing the stories, they were all excited and wanting to go. I basically had to set them strait and say that: "this isn't really the place for you guys at this point. You are not going to get the same experience I have being younger single dudes. There are better places you can go, where you have a much better chance of getting action every night by the demographic you are looking for." They didn't really like this, but I would be just guilty as these travel agents If I was misrepresenting the resort for my own personal gain.
First and foremost ...Donald is simply repeating what he was told. Secondly...its the most extreme version of what I have seen but the theme is common ..and partly supported by TTR itself. Who the hell in their right mind would even allow large groups of single men or bachelor parties into the hotel if they were not implying the atmosphere was somehow appropriate?! How many times have we run into singles or bachelor parties that thought something similar? ie: TTR = some kind of orgy free for all where all the women in lingerie were just "asking for it from any passing warm body with a penis". In fact: This past trip ...(April ... I was there same time as The Donald) ..there was a bachelor party from Canada, one from LOS Angeles and at least two other groups of single men ...all of which I talked to ...ALL of which were mis-informed about what to expect at TTR. - (all of which will be coming back but with their ladies by the way) Once they realized that best path to peace and enjoyment was to watch, mingle and keep their hands to themselves unless asked ...they all enjoyed their visit. Why did I purposely interact with them ... to help them avoid the conflict they were all heading towards and introduce them to a couple friendly faces to speed up their integration into the party ... Drunken single men in groups who don't know anyone ...combined with mostly nude women (drinking) is not a great mix. It's not a great leap in the mind of a horny male...to ask what a little money might buy ... hell the drugs walking by on the beach only support the idea that the lines are blurred. Finally..anyone who takes offence on a web board ...on behalf of their entire continent yet ...is a pretty interesting study in and of itself.

I'm pretty quiet and reserved in real life! As for the topic at hand, no it doesn't surprise me all that much. I bumped into tons of Brits last week that hung out mostly at the quiet pool or the beach who have no idea about this site or the Boobs Cruise. I have no idea where they're getting info on the resort but it's definitely not through the usual routes (I.e this site). There's obviously going to be a few weirdos that get the wrong impression, however in reality is it fair enough? This probably isn't the first time hookers have come up (I've seen some late night stuff happen post 4am when I've stubbornly refused to go to bed). If you're looking for that then I've no doubt you'll find it easy enough. And I remember meeting one particular couple who were very disappointed with the ending of their erotic massage. It is what it is.
