As much as I hate it when people use the forum just to look at pics and take very little part in the community, I think it goes with the territory that if you upload sexy pics in a public album then you kind of have to expect comments from people you don't know. I think in this case L&E's advice is good. Set your albums to private and be selective of who you accept to your friends list. Once set to private only those on your friends list will have access to view your albums.
Go to the userCp button and add his cancuncare name to your ignore list. You won't have to see his post or emails. Contact Steve too and he may give him a warning or remove him all together. If you have a email from him copy and past it right to Steve
