Thanks Steve for the info, we have never been to Cancun before and only can go by what is told by us. Albatros told us we needed a taxi, we don't know bus times or how far the dock is so if they said that was the best way, it was what we would do. they never offered transportation. We canceled months before our tour in September, and at that time they seem very supported in refunding us our money. Since then our emails have now being returned as spam and we are having trouble contacting them by phone about the refund. This is why I say Beware, we should of not paid the full balance in advance a big no no of course, but that is spilled milk. CP
Send me all the details in an email please to steve@cancuncare.com (date of tour, name, how you booked, price paid, circumstances, history of correspondence etc) and I will pass it on to my senior contacts there. Cant guarantee their response but I will make sure it reaches the right people.

FYI, all the sudden we received an email who said the check is in the mail and they will contact us again Monday to assure us the check was actually sent out. Don't quite understand it but I think Steve might be a big hero for us!!!! CP
We were almost fooled our first time down ( damn rookie mistake ) never booked the Boobs Cruise before hand, silly me thought hey we'll book it when we get there. Anyway we see the hut on the beach and go to book and of course we get the booze cruise and not the Boobs Cruise. The day it's supposed to depart we go to the hut to inquire where to check in and of course the waters to rough to go out.. I expected an offer of a refund but the guy says to me he's booked us on a bigger boat and for us not to worry. So my next questions to him were and in this order 1) Still going to be booze on board? 2) Any kids on this boat? Answers were for number 1 ehhhhhh and number 2 maybe so I said look pal I'm paying for a booze cruise if I wanted a harbor cruise I wouldn't pay the added amount for the booze and my wife and I are at an all adult resort for a reason we want to be around adults, we have 4 kids we purposely left them at home so we could be together and if we didn't bring our own kids you get the point. We did get a refund which we spent on taking the ferry to and from the Isles Mujeres ,buying lunch, renting a golf cart, touring the island, having a few beers ( ok more than a few beers ) and just enjoying each others company for the day. Moral to the story read the f@*#ing forum prior to going as a newbie and make sure you book the BOOBS cruise cause as the locals say the people on board are "MUAY LOCO" and you'll have a helluva a goodtime
This is great advice, "read the f@*#ing forum prior to going". The main reason I post Cancun Boobs Cruise by CancunCare especial to the newbies on CCC is so this doesn't happen to them. We were talking to a couple last year in the sexy pool and they were saying the resort was booking them on a boobs cruise for listening to the sales pitch, I told them I doubt it was the BOOBS CRUISE everyone was talking about in the pool, so they asked the resort about it, guess what it wasn't the BOOBS CRUISE. The only way to book Steve's Boobs Cruise is Cancuncare Boobs Cruise or show up to PaytO's the morning of the cruise and hope there is room left. T
Glad that worked out. We have only been to TTR 1 time and did 1 Boobs Cruise, but had a chance to talk to Steve on the island and he is a good genuine guy who has been an awesome resource with his info and this site. Given the opportunity always book through his site and keep the "strength in numbers" going so he can help when needed. BIG shout out to Steve...AGAIN! Looking forward to planning our next trip, which will definitely include the Boobs Cruise.
