I've benn on both positions during my life. Back in univerity I trained a lot in the Gym, gained muscle and had healthy nutrition, didn't smoke, didnĀ“t drink alcohol. Now I don't have time for sports and I eat whatever I want (I like going out to gourmet restaurants) drink alcohol when I'm partying and also a "social smoker". In this moment of my life I prefer the second one, maybe in the future I'll go for the sporty/healthy way again.
Well last week I tokk it up to 1800 - 2000 calories per day.... I only lost 1 pound and no change in my body fat.... I am going back down to 1200 calories per day. It works for me for the past year so I will stick with it... Everbodys body is different. But thanks for the suggestion.
