diet looks on point...should be shooting for 2lbs a week...if its not coming off that fast then you might try either lowering your cals or upping your cals...either you are eating too much or you arent eating enough and your metabolism slowed down....posting your stats and breaking down your cals in to fat/protein/carbs would help me better assess
Try Ethidryn/Ethidryl, Works the same as a "Thermo" type supplement, TMBC suggested Animal Cuts.....Fantastic supp, works a treat. Caffeine & Asprin is essentially the same as Ethidryl/Dryn Can get it from Any gym. Makes your stomach feel kinda funny, take on empty stomach and put in lots of Cardio, you'll shread the fat before you know it. Im doing it too @ mo so hoping it works or i'll look an Ass!!! Good luck bud, i got til 27th March luckily
bingo....mike if you are only eating 1200 cals a day you are slowing your metabolism down....the only way you should be doing that is if you only weigh about 130lbs
plus 6 percent body fat is very difficult to maintain for 2-3 days let alone lifestyle. Well for me anyways
MAD- I'm 5'11 between 220-225. was in a clean bulk phase getting ready for the vegas pool parties than i booked this trip last minute and never tried to cut weight in a month. usually i cut weight 3 months so im ready by june, and even then im usually 10-12% bf
when is your trip? when cutting i eat 2000-2100 cals on lifting days and my diet is something like this... 445am-get up and go to the gym 5-6am-sip on scivationg xtend with water...the branched chain amino acids in the xtend are necessary to stop my body from breaking down protein for energy in the weight room since i get up so early and cant eat a meal before i go 6am-2 scoops of whey protein in water (roughly 50 grams of protein) 630am-finish work out and go home to shower before work 720am-eat 3 whole eggs and one potato with one tbsp of fat free sour cream 930am-eat protein bar (one with no sugar and 20g of protein) 1130am-eat 3 whole eggs and 1 whole potato (potato is seared in pure soybean oil for flavor) mixed with two servings of ketchup 230pm-eat one serving of mixed nuts 8pm-some type of lean meat for dinner and green veggies CARDIO DAYS 730am-two scoops of whey protein in 12oz of 1% milk 930am-protein bar 1130am-same as lifting day 230pm-same as lifting day 6-7pm- i have jiu jitsu...i drink a serving of dextrose (pure corn sugar) with the scivation xtend bcaas to stop my body from breaking down protein for energy since i have not eaten in 3.5 hours and havent had carbs for 6 hours 7pm-one scoop of protein in water 7-9pm- competitive basketball, time actually played varies depending on if my team wins or loses (i find sports a much better form of cardio for me because running is boring) 9pm-eat dinner...some type of lean meat with a green veggie (most ppl do not like to eat dinner this late but as long as you dont eat high gi carbs it really doesnt matter) this puts me around 18-1900 cals on the cardio days....this has worked great for me, dropping about 2lbs per week while maintaining/gaining strength in the gym... i cant remember when your trip is, but a few things to think about...if your at 12% bodyfat you should be able to see your upper two abs already...you might think about doing high intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to kick your metabolism in to high gear, wait about 60-90 minutes before eating breakfast...break your meals into 5-7 small meals spaced evenly throughout the day..this also keeps your metabolism in high gear...drink A TON of water for the same reason....a few days prior to your trip you might switch to drinking distilled water and kick the carbs completely...you will feel weak and what this actually does is dehydrate your body....bodybuilders do this prior to shows
the only REAL accurate way is to have a buoyancy test done where they put you in water and what not....the scales with the meters are garbage...the bmi index is garbage because it does not take into account how much muscle you have....the skinfold calipers are only good if you have a TRUE professional doing it...not some trainer who spent an hour online to get a certification...
