Best way to Cozumel

I am happy to say I am finally back in Cancun. I know I saw a post on here before about this but can not find it. What is the best way for me to take a day trip to Cozumel? I think I read something about taking a bus to Playa del Carmen and then a ferry? I am going to head down to the bus station now to check schedules but does anyone know the ferry schedule? Is there a better way?

 

We went the chartered van and ferry route. Ferry left about every hour and was an excellent way to make the trip.

Just to update some of the info in the linked message.
Round trip fare is now $36 pesos.
The ADO buses are now direct except for a stop at the Puerto Morelos bus station and because of the addition of several traffic lights in Playa, the trip is now over an hour in duration.

Thanks Jaimie for posting the link. An I'm glad you guys made it ok.....I really tried to idiot proof the directions for someone who's never been to be able to follow without problems.
