I have to agree with spring break. Our two trips before were more laid back, maybe 40% of the women topless, not much participation. Spring break 85% topless, half the women were dancing topless in patio's at night , totally crazy vacation. But, that's just our experience.
40% wow! When we were there last October with the Wedgies group, it was 95%. Guess it depends on when you go:biggrinbandit:
