Thanks for the input guys! We won't be going with the Oasis. I'd probably get more pissed off about being treated like I'm staying in a hostel than anything else. I'm going to decide between the Oasis Palm Beach and the NH Krystal today. The Oasis Palm Beach seems to have more spring breakers but the NH Krystal seems to be a nicer place to stay - as far as I can tell from the virtual tours.
You could walk from your hotel to Party Central.... and stumble back! Seriously though, they're not far apart.
