Ok I'm going to go against the grain here..asprin and water is the best prevention..a hangover helper I have the recipe..10 cucumber slices, 2 a dash cayenne pepper , juice of 1 lime or lemon , a few dashes tabasco :sauer005:and a little salt..mix them all together and you will be in top for in no time! :mnm: ask any mexican it's their recipe!

Dos Mimosas at breakfast immediately followed by dos bloody mary's at the sexy pool, then finally dos Miami Vices. Once you do that routine, whatever hangover you had is long forgotten about and you can start partying again...
do what I do search the internet for pills called "ru21" or even take the pills at walgreens called Chasers. Used them last year while at TTR and never woke up with a hangover. Both work great Rob
Reddog...You definetley bring some extras of those pills cause i sure know im not 21 and dont it in the morning either.Usually tylenol and water work well or just start drinking again works well.
I go with this. I have no memory of this happening, I looked at the camera the next morning and there it was. According to the camera I missed a few things last week &feature=player_embedded
Looking for a hangover cure...not prevention. Lots of great ideas here. If you have a hangover, you are basically dehydrated and your electrolytes are outta balance. That is why a Bloody Mary or V8 works so well. It is full of the sodium your body is craving. I usually drink as much water as I can and find something salty. If that doesn't work, alcohol is a sure thing. The night before prevention...cheeseburger from Paty'Os, 800 mg ibuprofen and at least 20 oz. Of water prior to passing out. The trick is remembering to do it....
I am a firm believer in pre-trip training, the more effort I put into it before we get there, the easier it will be. Get that liver in tip top working order before you go, that way it will be running like a top when you get there. :ernaehrung005:
I swear by Gatorade/Powerade before bed. Forcing myself to drink as much as I possibly can before passing out always seems to work great, that is why we go to Walmart the first day we get there and stock up.
BC 2, pre-trip training, morning sex a poweraid then tequila and some beach volleyball to sweat it all out.
Vitamins!! I take a multi vitamin before I start drinking and then one when I go to bed. That usually works even if I forget the water! And it does help in the morning if you do have a hang over!! We always go through a ton of vitamins when we're there
