Yes. All those pesky Brits!!! :biggrinbandit::biggrinbandit: IM JOKING! We LOVE our British friends! I only have one complaint, and it's not really legit since the resort cant do anything about it. We just wish it had a nicer beach. But that hasnt stopped us from going back!
Newbie questions are a staple on this board and if you've been around a while I'm sure you may get sick of the same topics being repeated all the time but I don't think honest questions ever offend anyone. The only time I get a little rankled is when someone who has never been declares their dislike for something like it will effect their stay tremendously. Honestly, once you've been a lot of little things that seemed big before you left are completely forgettable
They have a beach, I was on it last year, but now that I have seen it, its like the unicorn, meh...whatva.
I was persuaded to try out TTR in Jan 2012. Had a blast and been back 2 more times and counting. Gets better every trip. Is the only place where the staff recognise you and know your name even after 1 trip. Finally it's the friends you make and want to meet up with again. That's the real reason many return time and time again.
Ya ppl who have been there once or twice and think they are experts. And then there are the ppl who think they are in charge of the place and the party. They want the resort to fit them, without understanding, TTR was thriving long b4 they ever heard of it, and was not waiting for their dumb, self-centered, asses to show up.
It's a BLAST! April 2013 was our first trip to TTR after being persuaded to go with friends. It was the best vacation decision we ever made. We had a blast not only at TTR but in Cancun in general...Love the downtown party places like Coco Bongos...etc. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Sure, some may dislike some of the hotel rooms...but they are nice and clean and we found nothing wrong with ours. Some people would find fault with a 5 star resort because the face cloths weren't lined up properly on the towel rack...lol. Furthermore...who wants to spend time in their room when they can enjoy the antics around the sexy pool or catch some rays on the topless beach? Can't wait to finalize our TTR booking for April 2014! TTR is what you make it...and it's the crowd it attracts from all over the world that make us want to go back. Enjoy, Dave & Judy :flagcanada:

I often describe TTR as one long frat party at the playboy mansion. It's more than just a wild sexy party. It's letting go of your boundary's, forgetting the responsibilities of everyday life, escaping from reality. We play some of the games, and we watch some, we dress up and get spoiled at a white table cloth dinner, we lay in the sun or we sit at the swim up bar meeting others, rich, poor, conservative or liberal, it matters not. What matters to us is that when we get back home we are happy and can't wait to return to what is a little taste of paradise!
These are all great reasons. Agree with almost them all. But the BEST reason for me is I just love watching a lady do a body shot or AIWC shot off my lady (or vice versa). There is just something so beautiful about it that keeps me happy all year long Amazing that something so simple can create so much happiness.
